Hey Trip is a legal online ride-hailing platform in Hong Kong.
The platform provides a convenient way for passengers to request rides through a mobile application, without having to wait on the roadside. Passengers can book a ride anytime and anywhere and get picked up within a reasonable time.
The process of requesting a ride with Hey Trip is simple. Passengers just need to download the Hey Trip app,register an account, and input their pick-up and drop-off locations. The system will automatically calculate the fare and display the estimated time of arrival and driver details. Passengers can choose to pay with google pay and Apple Pay and all fees are processed within the app, avoiding the hassle and risk of cash transactions.

We offer luxury, and green cars, all with hire car permit issued by Hong Kong Transportation Department to cater to different passenger needs. Vehicle quality is also guaranteed, with each vehicle undergoing rigorous inspections and maintenance to ensure performance and safety and last but not least, all vehicles contain 3rd party commercial vehicles insurance.
All Hey Trip drivers undergo strict screening and training to ensure they have good driving skills, knowledge of road traffic safety, and respect for customers. After each trip, passengers can rate and comment on the driver, which helps to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
